Can I wash these rugs at home? Most sizes can be machine washed at home. However, for large rugs (6x9/8x10), we recommend taking them to your local laundromat to fit them in the drum as your home washing machine might be too small.

Why is there a color difference? 1. Different batches may have different colors, which is normal. 2. Due to light and screen display, the color of the floor mat may have some chromatic aberration in different environments.

Why is there a size difference? Due to manual measurement, there will be an error of about 0.16 feet in the carpet. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

How to get rid of creases? 1. Reverse roll the rug and let it sit for a day or two. 2. Flatten the rug by applying weight. 3. Apply carpet tape. 4. Place the rug outside in the sunlight for a few hours. 5. Use a clothing steamer.

Washable Rugs: Use a broom or vacuum cleaner to clean dust, dirt, or debris regularly. The rugs can also be washed in cold water on a gentle cycle, and we recommend air drying after using the washing machine.

Note: Our rugs come folded in a small package, so there may be some creases at the beginning. Unroll them or place heavy books on top. For large rugs (6x9/8x10), you may need to take them to your local laundromat to fit them in the drum, as your home washing machine might be too small.
